What Should I do When I Purchase My Product in Unopened Packaging? Which Cases are not Covered by Warranty?
Damages found in those products which are not opened by the authorized service are not covered by warranty. We recommend that you only check if there is any damage on the product upon delivery of the product purchased by you and if there is no damage, supply service from our authorized service to open the packaging. If there is damage on the packaging, do not take delivery of the product and return it. Also, as the washbasins shipped with the product are delivered in a separate box, they should be checked during delivery and if damaged, do not accept it and return the product.
